Typically we:- Purchase or lease land or roofs of commercial buildings. Having optained the site we then produce plans and engineering designs of the plant and infrastructure this enables us to predict the peak and anual system output and from this we calculate the build cost. We then obtain planning consent, obtain (DNO) Distribution Network Operator approval allowing us to construct the infrastructure and plant, fimally we commission and monitor the system until handover. Subject to further agreement we then monitor and maintain the system throughout its life.
We currently undertake projects which are both roof or ground mounted which are between 0.5MW and 5MW peak output in size. A 1MW site requires aproximatly 5 acres of flat land which is free from shade of tall trees and buildings.

Renewable energy project developers, these are investment companies who develop renewable energy projects as they produce excellent returns for their investors we also work for individuals, business or consortiums which have a plot of land or suitable roof which they wish to develop as an investment opportunity, we are able to assist in finding funding in some circumstances.
We are seeking to purchase or rent brown field sites or land designated as class 3a or lower and we are always keen to discuss any large scale solar project you may be considering.
