ROLE SUMMARY/PURPOSE:
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary responsibilities of this role are to provide financial planning and analysis support and includes:
* Partner with regional managers to support preparation of business planning and quarterly estimates
* Reporting of actual results and preparing meaningful analysis for informed decision making
* Support of closing processes with operations and with finance to ensure transparency and accuracy
* Identification of risk and opportunities throughout the quarter, support management discussions and drive risk mitigation and opportunity conversion
* Development of metrics as price, deflation, VCP and drive accountability and visibility within the business
* Use of metrics and storylines to support right operational business behavior
* Performance on other duties as required by biz or function
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent
* 2 years of experience in a financial position
* Fluency in both the English and German languages
* Strong analytical skills with ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence in a cross-functional environment
* Solid PC skills including experience with financial systems, strong excel skills in data compilation and aggregation
